In the same year, a game was also published, which was almost the blueprint for a complete genre and moved to players in his spell: Cookie Clicker . The idle game appeared on 08 August 2013 and was developed by Julien "Ortil" Thiennot in a single night. Already after a month played more than 200,000 players daily Cookie Clicker.
