Blair Witch VR: PSVR-Version mit Launch

After the standard version of "Blair Witch" has been providing a cloudy fun for early 2020, the launch of the PSVR version of the title took place this week. This can be loaded at the price of 29.99 euros from the PlayStation Store.

On the other hand, it takes up to five euros more expensive deluxe edition , you will get the original soundtrack and "the art behind Blair Witch" next to the game. The recent addition is a digital album that kidnaps you with "ominous concept drawings, disturbing sketches and scary illustrations in the depths of the cursed forest".

And a small price tip: the standard version of "Blair Witch" (without VR) is currently available for 13.49 instead of 29.99 euros. The deal ends on 19 August 2021.

A boy, a witch, but no Gretel

"Blair Witch" is based on the eponymous film from 1999 and confronted with a scenario in which a boy disappears in Black Hills forest. As a player, she assumes the role of Ellis, a former police officer with difficult past, and seeks to clarify the case. As expected, the determination develops into a nightmare in which the witch from Blair moves into focus.

All too convincing the game was not yet. The PS4 version of "Blair Witch" came to a metascore of 65. The bandwidth of the results, however, reached from 40 to 80 points, which does not make the score generally meaningful.

Among other things, OLAF wrote in our test that players should not expect action adventure with decision-making freedoms and option variety. "The horror adventure proves to be a straightforward grusel fun, which is very strongly reminiscent of a walking simulator", the conclusion .
